LookUp is an innovative online service from A New Direction that lists organisations and opportunities from London's arts and cultural sector so that London schools can connect with the most appropriate. From the working prototype, which ran in open beta for 2 years, we used observation, analytics and user testing to gain insight into the design of this web application.
