Mapping customer journeys to improve conversion

SEGB asked us to design a simpler customer journey that would enable users to find their electricity or gas suppliers Smart Meter registration website page. Through a complex process of reduction, we developed a journey that, through simple options, enabled customers to identify their supplier and be delivered to the supplier’s own Smart Meter landing page with the minimal amount of clicks. We also worked with SEGB to redesign the resource centre.
