Not a plastic bag
The limited edition cloth bag was designed as part of a major campaign to promote the culture, food, shopping and ambience of the South Bank to people in and around London.
Accessory
The campaign was organised by the South Bank Employers’ Group and also included postcards, badges and posters designed by UXB.
Desirable
As well as being the thing to be seen with at the Thames Festival on the South Bank 15-16 September, the bags became the object of online banter and barter.

The South Bank Employers’ Group were particularly pleased when Zoe Wannamaker and Rosamund Pike wrote in to say how much they liked theirs.
