New vision
About a year ago the UK corporate affairs team asked us to help them communicate a clear change in direction and integrate this message across all media.
Online strategy
We developed an integrated online strategy to place PepsiCo in the vanguard of web communcation and ahead of its competition.
Users come first
The new website has been created with the user front and centre. We worked with PepsiCo to identify who their audiences were, what their needs are now and may be in the future and how best to present the information they want to read.
Content control
We also designed a bespoke CMS to give PepsiCo control of content and to build new skills within the team.
New direction
The website is a key part of our work to align the PepsiCo brand with their new strategic direction.
