Ban lifted on Royal Academy Cranach poster

TfL change direction on poster thought potentially offensive

The ban imposed on our poster created for the Royal Academy to advertise the forthcoming exhibition of paintings by 16th century German master Lucas Cranach the Elder has now been lifted. We are delighted at this decision and would like to congratulate TfL on the turnabout.

The poster will be the main promotional tool for this much anticipated show and will now appear widely across the underground network as planned.

The exhibition runs from March 8 - June 8 at the Royal Academy of Arts in London’s Piccadilly. For more info and bookings visit the RA website.
