Breathing life into population profiling for the arts and culture sector

With a combination of branding, UX design, art direction and illustration we worked closely with The Audience Agency to communicate the exciting features and benefits of Audience Spectrum, a population profiling tool. We also incorporated pen profiles into the Audience Agency's website and designed layout for it's use in Audience Finder.

With a combination of branding, UX design, art direction and illustration we worked closely with The Audience Agency to communicate the exciting features and benefits of their new offering, Audience Spectrum.

Audience Spectrum is a population profiling tool which gives arts, museums and heritage organisations a meaningful insight into audiences – their behaviours, attitudes and preferences. Backed by Arts Council England, the tool is a brilliant idea from those smart folk at The Audience Agency.

As well branding the product, we created an illustrative approach that playfully characterised each of the 10 population segments that make up the Spectrum. Using the rich data we gave shape to each group, bringing them to life and distilling the information so it could be easily used by customers.
