PepsiCo website - design update
After 18 months of monitoring we implemented a range of improvements to deliver an enhanced user experience and meet the business needs.
Ongoing optimisation
In this second iteration of the PepsiCo website we introduced a range of new features and functions and an improved user interface. Each of these was user led and better suited the way the business publishes content, and the way users wish to use it.
Improvements in this iteration included:
- new video functionality and page templates
- comment facility on news stories
- improved document library for users
- re-organised content structure
Evidence based decisions
All of these were based on evidence gathered during 18 months analysis of user behaviour and site performance statistics.
