Affordable homes
Affordable homes don’t just sell themselves. The eligibility criteria confuse people, the various schemes are hard to explain and potential buyers sometimes only look nearby. Metropolitan Home Ownership recognise these issues and asked us to carry out the branding and marketing of 66 homes at Edmonton Green, North London.
On the green
We developed On the green, a bright and engaging brand backed up by a sound online marketing strategy.
Integrated strategy
Building on site visits, market analysis and what potential buyers told us we created a fully integrated solution. Our role covered the name and branding, art direction, brochure design, press advertising, outdoor advertising and the marketing suite. The focus of all this activity was the website.
Property online
We knew our target audience was comfortable online, many were registered with property websites. What we wanted to do was to improve their experience with On the green over all of the competition.
Home finder
We designed the website to give potential buyers exactly what they need to know and a way to take action. We created a Home Finder that showed where each flat is located in a building, the number of beds, the price and availability. We let them define their search but filtered out people who were not eligible. We also provided clear maps, transport and local information and wrote clear explanations of the ownership scheme.
On the money
To date, over 70% of homes have been sold.
