First shoots
There's a new brand in town. It's been developed by Notting Hill Housing with the brand masters at Johnson Banks and it looks lovely. But how does it work in the office, on the phone, and in the service to the customer?
Strong growth
Notting Hill asked us to look at their budding new brand and bring it alive for the people who deliver their service. We studied the new brand, looked at what the organisation were saying and absorbed as much as we could about the way they work.
Full bloom
We created a beautiful illustration to represent the brand vision and a bright flyer that revealed more depth to the vision as it was read. The flyers were dropped on desks for Monday morning and the posters went up on noticeboards.
Taking root
The response was emphatic endorsement, with staff immediately identifying with the representation and thanking their marketing team for recognising their efforts. All strong signs that new growth is on the way.
