Brand architecture for the NPIA
We helped the National Policing Improvement Agency rationalise their brand architecture and reach a more workable solution.
Cost effective solution
Our research, strategic advice and brand architecture blueprint was adopted by the NPIA and formed the base of a comprehensive set of brand guidelines. Like most of the publications covered in the new architecture, the new Brand Guidelines were designed in house, ensuring very effective use of the budget.
Evidence based advice
Through extensive user research and consultation with staff, we helped to identify problem areas and offer inventive yet practical advice on ways to ratiionalise the brand architecture.
Publications audit
We carried out a complete audit of the brand estates to record and analyse all communication touchpoints. We discovered many areas of overlap, inconsistent application of the identity and suggested ways to make cost effective changes that could be managed by the in-house NPIA communications team.
