We are a successful small business able to service large scale clients because our people have mixed creative, business and technical backgrounds.

At UXB, design is a collaborative discipline that requires input from various perspectives – this broader approach to design is now commonly referred to as 'design thinking'.

We have a well defined methodology that we have developed over several years and into which the whole team contributes on a continual basis. This methodology is founded on the principles of always looking for:

• the fastest route to the most elegant solution
• the maximum client and end user value in everything we do
• continuous validation through analytics and other metrics
• regular review of the solution with clients to implement an iterative learn – develop – launch – measure cycle of improvement.
