Webhelp TSC is an innovative customer management business supporting many big name brands with multichannel customer contact services.
While they got on with transforming their sector, we provided the digital expertise to tell their story across the social web. We helped to uncover great social content within the business and target it at key B2B markets, in line with their business strategy.
Kick-start on social
The business is enjoying rapid expansion and creating much needed employment in many areas of the UK. Our role was to expand their presence online by optimising and creating new content as well as spotting opportunities for them to engage more widely.
Over a 3 month period we were successful in upping output, boosting traffic to their
website by 15% and increasing their Klout score by
